A game that started in bright sunshine but finished in the wet. But the events of the weather will not be the events that are remembered from this game.
Despite picking up two yellows on 34 minutes then a red on 45, Wulf’s were always in this game, but just lacked a little Steele and guile in the middle of the park.
2 Goals from Ted Murray and a goal from Gary O Sullivan were not enough to prevent Wulf’s from slipping to a hard fought but narrow defeat. Some good performances were evident throughout the match.
That said this game could be the one were Wulf’s relegation fate was sealed, losing to a team that have struggled to win all season, was a game Wulf’s could ill afford to loose. 😔
