Fifths were away against Kidderminster this week. We started well, Paul Johnson scoring from a short corner in the first minute. We then got caught on the break and Kidderminster equalised. The game then settled into a pattern of both sides struggling to create chances with a lot of hard work in midfield and a lack of penetrating passes to the forwards. Eventually we broke the deadlock with Barrie Sheldon finding the net, and as Kidderminster pressed for an equaliser and the game opened up we scored two more, converted by Paul Johnson and James Fisher, and managed to miss two more good opportunities.
